RETURN POLICY

At Neocrafts, Product can be exchanged (one time only) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Payment will be done by Neocraft for the same.

A product is only eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.

To ensure that we are able to process your exchange accurately and promptly.

1. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at 0120-4636700 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at neocraft2010@gmail.com You can also submit your Return Request by signing into 'My Account' and filling the 'Submit a Support Request' form, to initiate the return process.

2. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to neocraft2010@gmail.com. (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

3. We will then get back to you with your Exchange Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your exchange request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.

4. There is no refund policy.

Points to Remember:

- Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
- Product should be unused and in the original condition.
- Neocrafts reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before exchanging the product. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
